SHIPPING AND RETURN INFORMATION


SHIPPING POLICY

Our Baskets are shipped by UPS ground unless you request otherwise by email or phone.  We will do our best to accomodate your choice.

Products are shipped within 2 business days when in stock.  If Baskets must be handcrafted for your order it will take 2 to 3 weeks for your order to be shipped out.  All orders receive notification of approximate shipping date and you can contact us by email to check on the progress of your order after one week from the date of your order and we will respond as soon as possible.

RETURN POLICY

Your satisfaction is our goal and will work with you till you are. If upon receipt you are not satisfied please notify us immediately.  shipping@amishbasketsofohio.com
  

If for some reason you are truly not happy with your product it may be returned (conditions below) but you must contact us within 10 days of receipt of your product.
1)must be received by Knot Normal within a 30 day period from the date of receipt of your product
2)must be in original condition 
3)must be in packaged in original container just as received to prevent return shipping damage. 
Upon our receipt of your return we will check it out & if it has met the above requirements we will refund your purchase price and so notify.
